Express H.I.I.T.

( High intensity interval training) consist of short bursts of aerobic activity followed by a recovery period and lower intensity exercises. This form of high to low ratio burns more calories than most traditional forms of exercise. You will notice immense improvement in your overall physical fitness level.

This is the most advanced version of a (high intensity interval training) class with extreme bouts of cardio followed by a short strength or core recovery period. Previous exercise experience is recommended .Sweat drenched shirt guaranteed.

Gather with friends and celebrate the pulse of life through the music and rhythm of drum &percussion instruments from around the world. The facilitator will engage everyone using ice-breakers, rhythmic games, guided imagery, inspirational beats, until your group ends up with its own unique rhythm-song. Drumming tips will be offered as needed. No rhythm? No problem. We have something just for you! Windows of communication allow for sharing positive themed metaphors. Benefits include: exercise, boosting immune system, stress-relief, inspiration, creative self-expression, social connection, laughter and fun. No experience necessary.

Enjoy fellowship and creative self-expression while learning to oil paint a picture of your own choosing. The first class will cover what makes a good painting “great” and reviews how to select a good subject, and basic painting concepts. Students will each select a subject to paint, and the rest of the classes are for painting your own original piece of art. The instructor will guide you through the process and offer personalized coaching, as needed. Dress for a mess.

Gather with friends, get inspired and paint a painting! The artist displays a completed painting and demonstrates how to paint it from start to finish, while guiding you through the process one step at a time. By the end of the 2 hr session, you will have a completed piece of artwork, painted in your own unique style! All art supplies are provided. No experience necessary.

Every 3rd Sunday of the Month, 1 hour, all ages

Drum up some fun at this interactive community experience that is inspirational, therapeutic & invigorating. Drums & Percussion Instruments from around the world are provided, or you can bring your own. The facilitator will engage everyone with rhythm games and activities, share tips as needed, and encourage you to find your creative spirit a great way to release stress, share creativity, and connect with neighbors and community. No rhythm? No problem-we have instruments just for you. NO music or drumming experience is required. All ages and those with special needs are welcome to come and celebrate life! (Children under 12 must be accompanied by adult, children 6 or under free, but please included in reservation if participating)

This is a night just for teens to hang out and have fun socializing, playing ping-pong, enjoying music, games, snacking, hula hooping, etc. Teens can help plan special activities if they desire to, or just have unstructured hang-out time.
